Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?
Yes, we require a $200 bond + photo id.
Q: Is after hours check-in available?
Yes, 24 hour check-in is available. Please call after hours 07 5504 4444 for late check-in procedure
Q: Can I have a late check-out?
Please see our friendly reception staff to arrange a late check-out, rate is $20 per hour & subject to availibility.
Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?
bookings must be paid for in full prior to check-in and deposit paid before room keys are given.
Q: What are the reception hours?
8am - 6pm Monday - Saturday
8am - 3pm Sundays & Public holidays.

Via Cuisine Deliveries Gold Coast, various restaurants in the area do deliveries in the evenings until late.
Q: What is the nearest airport?
We are located 20 minutes from the Coolangatta Airport (Gold Coast) and approximately 1 hour 20 minutes to the Brisbane Airport.
Q: Is there public transport nearby?
Yes, the tram & bus go from Broadbeach South Station, approx 200 meters away.
Taxi's are also available at the resort on call

The lifeguard patrolled beach is just 1 block away! Also featuring BBQ areas, surfing , swimming & a kids park.

7/11 is open 24 hours a day, approx 100 meters away. The Oasis Shopping centre is just 2 blocks away, not to mention Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, just 1 blocks walk catering for all needs!
