The Gold Coast Marathon
The Village Roadshow Theme Parks Gold Coast Marathon is known for its flat, quick, and scenic course that runs beside the city's world-famous surf beaches and breathtaking broadwater. Each year, 60 per cent of competitors achieve personal best times thanks to perfect winter running conditions, including low humidity, wind, and pleasant temperatures.

Broadwater Parklands is the Race Precinct. It holds the start and finish lines and the Event Lawn stage, which hosts all presentations and features a large screen with live race footage. There will also be food and refreshments, facilities, a bag drop, an information station, and a lost person tent. The G: link train and shuttle buses make it easy to get there.
Take note that police-controlled road closures will be in place from Paradise Point to Burleigh Heads to safeguard the safety of competitors, volunteers, and spectators. Roads will be closed starting at 3:30 am and reopen after events end.
